Coming this spring, please email to join the waitlist. This will be £180 and include 6 group video classes, a whatsapp group for everyone on the course for accountability, recordings of the class to catch up, and 15minutes at the start and end of the class to ask any questions. Groups will be kept to a maximum of 10 people for intimacy and maximised support, therefore spaces will fill up quickly. Sessions will be two weeks apart, starting the week of 18th of May. Prospective time will be Fridays 7am. (22nd May, 5th June, 19th June, 3rd July & 24th July)
