Understanding Your Pelvic Floor

Following the massively successful workshop with Maxine & Dr Hen in March, where we explored Longevity for the skin and within, learning about caring for your skin and pelvic floor long into the future. Maxine from Barre Max is bringing you a new fascinating collaborator for her second workshop about the Pelvic Floor with Jessica Hetherington, over from Mexico City! 

Jessica, The Pelvic Pain Mentor, specialises in understanding the connection to Pain and the Nervous system.

Jessica has worked has worked in fitness for over then years and is certified coach. 

Her and Maxine will be delving into anatomy, types of pelvic floor dysfunction, prevention and solutions.

There will be guided movement so you experience the connection between movement and the pelvic floor. 

Like the last workshop; where you were treated to delicious, nutritionally curated snacks and refreshments by Maxine. We would like to invite you for a post workshop picnic in Kennington park.

Kennington Supper Club Burns Night!

24th January - Dine, Mingle, Delight -

Our special annual Burn Night Supper needs no class before it, an evening of enjoying delicious food, meeting new people, perhaps sharing a poem or song, and immersing yourself in Scottish culture from London.

Collaborating with Louis Nwosu-Hope who will be cooking up a Scottish storm. Think Scottish Scallops, Chocolate & Foraged Seaweed (all dietary requirements welcome)

Maxine has booked 10 x tickets for the very fun ceilidh at the Big Penny Social, booking for this is done separately incase it isn’t your cup of tea.

Dinner will be on the earlier side, in true Scottish style to allow us to get to a ceilidh and get as much dancing in as we can.
